No. Commerce Gate never writes Walmart prices and never reads or writes live Walmart inventory. Your repricer, ERP or agent sends the proposal and must honor the answer before publishing the change. A passed check does not prove Walmart accepted a write.
No. Holding an acknowledgment is a Commerce Gate control, not an extension of Walmart's order deadlines. You still manage the order within Walmart's rules, so review held orders promptly.
Where an action can escalate, it goes to the approver you name, who confirms who they are through your approval flow. The approval covers that one request. Your platform or operator still completes the action, so check its result separately from the approval record.
You grant seller-scoped OAuth with order access (read and write) and pricing access (read only); no inventory access is requested. Commerce Gate uses it to read orders and send the actions your operator confirms. Your own tools act on price and stock answers; Commerce Gate never writes them to Walmart.
