What the product is responsible for
Commerce Gate checks proposed actions against your policies. The capability matrix shows which actions your platform can stop on its own, which a person confirms, which are only checked and which have no path yet.
Commerce Gate does not process payments or hold funds. Your marketplace, storefront, ERP or connected tool still completes the action, and a policy decision and the action's result are separate records.

How to assess our claims
Decionis maintains this documentation and links platform documentation where it explains a platform fact. Product examples are illustrative, and aggregate figures name their source and reporting period. A linked marketplace review describes its author's experience, not a measured result for every store.
