Choose one fallback mode for the company. The default is FAIL_OPEN; FAIL_CLOSED blocks release and posting when central validation is unavailable.

Install the extension, point it at your Decionis workspace, choose the company-wide fallback mode, and test a sales document before production rollout.

  1. Install and bind the extension

    Configure the Decionis endpoint, ERP region, and tenant-scoped API credential in Business Central.

  2. Validate a bounded document

    Test one sales document and inspect the binary decision, reason code, and execution time. Business Central has no historical order backfill.

  3. Choose continuity and roll out

    Select the company-wide FAIL_OPEN or FAIL_CLOSED fallback and enable release or posting enforcement only after the test behaves as intended.
