Holds Walmart order acknowledgments that break policy and runs ship, cancel and refund when an operator confirms them, through seller-scoped OAuth 2.0. Your repricer or agent can ask whether a price or stock change clears policy; Commerce Gate answers and never writes Walmart prices or inventory.
